2-speed housing market

People think it is too Central for prices to fall as never before.

(didn't work well for CBD apartments though)

-50% + Is still horrible old decaying debris (beats 60% + grey Lynn), not until recently-resident owners never money, not to mention the will power to try to repair houses.

So what if those were repaired, a suburb of course cost will go up even more and be almost as good as the crappiest parts DGZ Remuera. Still way cheaper than Westmere. Who needs an English girl high if you can get the Western Springs college student knife fight and sometimes look for free. And address to impress yer fellow Chardonnay Socialist/Working bourgoisie.

And yeah he got beaches. Enough water for occasional kayaking at very high tide. Aviod swimming though. Bay's coxes is arguably the most contaminated beach in the town of bacterially.

So this is quite logical, innit. Like New Zealand is one of the most expensive housing markets in the world. Really goes out of the ground over here.

PS: Westmere butcher is a really good, albeit rather bloody cheap considering all fresh, organic or freerange stuff. But otherwise it just *** t.
