The Bureau said today competition that it imposed his challenge to anti-competitive rules by which Canadian will continue real estate Association (CREA).
CREA members today voted to the multiple listing rules to modify service (MLS) that will protect CREA's ability to impose and enforce competition rules to refuse consumer choice and hinder competition. In February, the Competition Bureau filed a challenge for the CREA rules regarding use of the MLS. The Bureau has not need closed, that the ability of consumers who choose real estate services you want to force you services you pay for these rules to limit. The rules prevent real estate agents from more innovative services and pricing options to offer to consumers.
"We repeatedly CREA's leadership discussed, these amendments to solve our current competition problems and I confirmed this directly to CREA as recently as last week sent a letter to the President," said the Commissioner.
